Monolithic Isolation Joints are boltless and completely factory assembled in accordance with the appropriate requirements of ASTM, API, codes. All welds construction.
The dielectric isolation material are made of a thermosetting fiberglass epoxy material. Sealing is performed with self energized O rings housed in accurately machined grooves, fully protected from cavitation in full compliance with ASME design codes.
Interior and exterior coating is a two part epoxy with 300 mm epoxy within 2 inch of each end.
Each isolation joint is electrically tested at 5 kV, and 200 Mohm isolation test.
Each isolation is also hydrostatically tested at 1.5 x D.P. Also in houst BEND TORSION TEST
All welds are subject to Ultrasonic/MPI/DP and Xray examination.
